What is your process for a photography project?

Typical workflow:

3. We conduct the photo shoot in our studio.
4. Post-production: retouching, color correction, background removal.
5. You review proofs and request minor revisions.
6. We deliver final high-resolution images ready for your store or listing.

Can I request revisions or changes after seeing proofs?

Yes. We include rounds of revisions (typically 1–2 rounds) so you can request adjustments (cropping, shadow, minor color tweaks). Major re-shoots may incur additional costs.

Do you help with image guidelines (e.g. Amazon, Shopify)?

Absolutely. Our team is familiar with Amazon FBA / Amazon listing rules, Shopify product image standards, marketplace guidelines (eBay, Etsy), and we deliver images optimized (size, aspect ratio, resolution) for your platform.

Turnaround Time, Quality & Licensing

How long does a typical project take?

A: Turnaround depends on the number of SKUs, complexity, and current studio load. For small batches (5–20 items), you can expect delivery in 3–7 business days. Larger catalogs or custom shoots may take longer.

Do you guarantee image quality?

A: Yes — we commit to delivering product images with crisp detail, correct lighting, consistent white backgrounds (if requested), accurate color reproduction, and professional retouching.

Who owns the rights to the final images?

Once final images are delivered and payment is complete, you receive full usage rights (commercial license) for web, marketing, and listing use. We maintain a portfolio right to showcase samples, unless you request confidentiality.

How is pricing determined for your photography services?

Pricing varies based on:

What if my product is delicate or high value?

We can coordinate special packaging, handling procedures, and insurance coverage to protect delicate items. Let us know when requesting a quote so we plan accordingly.

What happens if an item is damaged in transit?

Notify us immediately. If the damage is due to courier mishandling, you may file a claim. We’ll evaluate whether a reshoot is needed; associated costs will be negotiated depending on liability.
